20 Holiday Cottage, East End Ballybunion

Location was great, a short walk to town. The house was fabulous, lovely modern decor & comfy beds. Spacious, we had a party of 4/5 adults & 3 kids, and we had loads of room. A superior property to others I have stayed at in same estate.

The kitchen table was a little short, we could not pull our chairs in under it, there was also a tall island screwed on to it, which we found to be a little antisocial for card & board games. A must in Ballyb when the rain comes in.

Loved everything , the house was equipped with everything , that anyone could need . Fabulous location , walking distance to the beach , pubs , restaurants , take away , plus a big super value , supermarket !

Couldn’t fault it at all

The location of this house was great. It is situated within walking distance from Ballybunion town and beach. The house was very clean and well maintained by the owner.

It’s a lovely spacious house and in a lovely location

We arrived on 23rd December in late afternoon to find the house absolutely freezing . It was warmer outside than in!! There was sticks and some coal left for lighting a fire but no matches or lighter . There were electric wall heaters but not turned on either . I switched on the immersion but it didn’t heat water either . Lucky there was an electric shower . The house cleanliness left a lot to be desired .!! I rang the owner and sent him some photos to which he said he would speak to his cleaner . Which is not really satisfactory. The beds were also very cold/damp . It took 2 days of having a fire lighting constantly and the heaters on to get the temperature in the house anyway comfortable . I would think this is something needs to be addressed for future guests in winter time.
