The guidance for key collection was extremely poor in the voucher we were sent, for someone who rents for the first time with Interhome. We arrived on a Sunday. We called several times starting 1.5 hours before arrival, and no one answered the phones +33 4 50 53 22 15 and +41 43 810 91 26. We also sent an email that hasn't been answered to the day.
There was a blood spot on the mattress.
There wasn't a microwave oven.
