The location was perfect! The breakfast delicious; the staff was fine.
Would have enjoyed a coffee maker in the room. Not necessary, but a small TV would have been nice.

The property owner was very friendly and kind, the whole experience and the way she handle me was excellent. She helped me in the check-in process, sent all processes via WhatsApp. And she guided the places to watch.
As the location was at the top of the hill-- one way it is so peaceful and looks amazing. There are very old buildings which are next level, the trekking way is awesome. And the good thing is the bus stop is in front of the hotel, just 30 mt.

Sara, the host / owner is great and very helpful and it's easy to get hold of her if any problems are encountered. The instructions for getting into the room are easy to follow and kinda fun at the same time. The rooms are clean, stylish and minimal while Bre is a lovely spot a world away from Lugano. Food at the restaurant (although not part of the B&B) is extremely good.

No McDonalds close by. The next McDonalds is 27 Minutes away. :-)
