Great location. Beach, restaurants, shops are all in short walk.
Large apartment, good for family with 2-3 kids. Located on the ground floor what is also good for families with kids and strollers.
ACs in each room help for hot weather.
Some hints:
1. The apartment is located in zone with limited traffic. But it is possible to write to the Commune to add your car to approve list.
2. There is a public beach near the apartment, so it’s not necessary to pay for the sun beds and sun umbrella. We bought a sun umbrella in closest store. Our one we left in the apartment for followers)
Poor condition of water facilities. Short variety of kitchen accessories, if you planning to cook in-house. No Wi-Fi.
