The only thing is that the wifi didn’t work but it was ok as we had our internet.

The location (right off the Main Street and close to the marina, station and ferry).
Flavia was extremely helpful and prompt in her correspondence, also giving some helpful recommendations.
They also gifted us a bottle of Prosecco and mandarin liqueur which was in the fridge when we arrived.
The apartment was comfortable and a decent size.
The WiFi was a bit unpredictable, and there is no air con, however, they provide a large fan which helped to sleep at night.

The property overlooked the main social area of the village, but when the windows were closed, there was zero noise. The unit was well stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was perfect - available on WhatsApp to address queries, but left us alone to enjoy our stay. The bed was very comfortable, not too soft, just perfect after walking all those hills.
The property was perfect, there is limited groceries in the village. Might be an idea to bring food from La Spezia.

We loved the view, you were very central and it was a nice spacious apartment for the price.
It was quite hot even with the window open. There was a fan but still stayed very warm.
