Die Lage ist perfekt!

Loved the location. Quiet despite only being a couple of minutes from the Main Street. Like the original features of the property. Very comfortable bed. Short walk to station so easy to explore the area.

the 3rd bed was a sofa bed which was not included in the description. heating took a while.

The location of the apartment is excellent. It is close to the centre of Riomaggiore with bars and restaurants nearby. The swimming beach is a short walk as is the train station and marina / ferry wharf. The apartment provided a great location from which to explore the area.

I suspect that, like many apartments in the area, the age and construction of the building makes the rooms very moist. We struggled with the dampness of the room and in particular the smell from the bathroom (septic?). We contacted the hosts on arrival and they were able to swap us out to a different room the following morning where the musty smell was not as noticeable and there was no smell from the bathroom. This was much appreciated. I also appreciated the hosts providing a tourist pass that gave us access to the very popular Via Della Amore for free. However I would have preferred that this was provided automatically without the guests having to follow up with the hosts.
