The location was amazing, right in the heart of Kilmore Quay, close to the harbour, beach, shops, and local chipper. The bedroom was wonderful, with beautiful views of the harbour and the Saltee Islands. It also had a small balcony where you could sit and enjoy a coffee or a snack while taking in the scenery. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room had a lovely surprise as well, we hadn't realised when we booked that it included a jacuzzi bath. The parking was convenient, and we had a lovely stay in a very comfortable bedroom. We'd recommend and definitely stay again!
The only suggestion I would make is to provide a little more coffee and some small cartons of milk so guests can fully enjoy a drink while sitting back and absorbing that incredible view.

Light, airy and clean room. I really enjoyed the facilities, location was excellent, parking was superb, skylights in room really added to the experience (particularly during the heatwave!). We’ve booked to return.
A little confusion upon check in with cut off at 19:00 which seems so early. Tricky when the ferry to Dublin doesn’t come in until 17:30! We felt a little embarrassed to “break the rules” and arrive at 19:30, but the owner very kindly allowed us to make payment over the phone and left the key in our room for us. We apologised and the owner was very understanding.

Good location
On booking.com there are pictures of the wooden house bar and restaurant. The advertisement is false. There is no bar or restaurant. It is completely fake advertising
