Nice family-friendly hotel, helpful staff. We got a free room upgrade, so we stayed not in the annex. The room was good, comfortable and spacious, had a tee/coffee station. We traveled with the kid and we didn’t request a baby cot in advance, but they provided us with one quickly, which is super nice.
The only thing is that the floor in the room we stayed in was pretty cold (carpets were only in sleeping area) and they don’t have any slippers (even as a paid option). It would be nice to have some slippers in rooms which don’t have carpets.

Lift very small, wheelchair didn’t fit but grateful there was a lift as an option.
