Super ruhiges Hotel.

Een geweldig bed in een verder prima kamer. De kamer was qua oppervlakte prima van grootte, eenvoudige badkamer met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen. 24/7 Toegang tot de kamer met de token om het gebouw te openen waarin de kamer lag. Rustige omgeving zonder geluidsoverlast.
Het ontbijt is niet overdadig, wel genoeg maar had iets uitgebreider gekund.

Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum und das Frühstück waren gut.
Leider roch das Zimmer stark nach Rauch und das Restaurant war geschlossen.

The location of the hotel was easy to get to, and the views surrounding the hotel were nice.
The communication with the hotel was very poor. My flight into Zurich was delayed, and so I notified the hotel, and the hotel staff failed to acknowledge my message. Due to the delayed flight, I arrived after the 10 pm closure of reception. This meant I found myself alone at night, with the possibility of not being able to stay in the hotel. I tried multiple times to call the out of hours number, and sent more messages through the app, all of which went unanswered. I ended up banging on the doors and windows, shouting for attention which woke up other guests. It took almost an hour for anyone from the hotel to attend. The man who works in the restaurant was also unwilling to help me because he told me he doesn't "work for the hotel". This is not acceptable by any standards.
