Property and room were spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. - The little touch like an easter egg because it was eastr weekend was very appreciated and shows how the owner treats guests.
I found nothing to dislike, it was handy for the beach, restaurants and public transport. And just a short walk to the promenade and the Scarborough spa.

This is a lovely place and the owners are really friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make it special,rooms are really comfortable especially the bed,great location very handy for the town centre

Our room was just perfect! Bed was very comfortable! Hosts David and Paul were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding! Situated over the road to Peasholm park and beside a couple of pubs. We will definitely book to stop here next time we visit Scarborough. Thanks guys for making our stay a great one!
