הבית ממוקם בשכונת מגורים סמוך לכביש הראשי. הבית נמצא במתחם סגור עם שער חשמלי.
דירה מרווחת ומאובזרת ומתאימה מאד למשפחה. למרות הקירבה לכביש בידוד מעולה מרעש.
בקרבת מקום סופר מרקט ( לידל ועוד) וכן מסעדות ופארק.
הדירה לא בקרבת המרכז ההיסטורי אלא בשכונת מגורים.
המארחת מרים הייתה נדיבה ואדיבה מאד. עזרה לנו בארגון מצרכים לארוחת ערב.
20 דקות נסיעה מאסיסי ומאגם טראזמני.
המתחם החיצוני לא מטופח. היה טוב אילו היתה שם פינת ישיבה מוארת המתאימה לעישון / פינת קפה. מדובר בשטח גדול ובהחלט יש מקום לטיפוח
כמו כן היה חסר במטבח קומקום להרתחת מים. זרם מים חמים מאד חלש במקלחת אבל מסתדרים.
מעבר לכך דירה מומלצת באזור אומבריה.

La signora Miriam è molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è grande , spaziosa, location comodissima come punto d'appoggio.
I materassi davvero scomodi. L'acqua della doccia molto debole, pregiudica il piacere di utilizzarla. Il giorno era davvero sporchissimo all'interno

La signora Miriam addetta all'accoglienza quando le ho telefonato per comunicare l'ora di arrivo è stata molto sgarbata dicendomi che avevo sbagliato a inserire il numero di telefono nella prenotazione (cosa poi non vera) e che aveva provato a chiamarmi per giorni! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo aspettato parecchio tempo prima che arrivasse ad aprirci. Gli asciugamani nella casa non erano sufficienti per tutti (su nostra richiesta poi ci sono stati consegnati) e la caldaia non funzionava, tanto che abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 22 per fare una doccia e avevamo con noi due bambini piccoli
