Location was great, not far from the town centre and festival we were attending. Room was tastefully furnished and decorated. Bathroom was a great size with excellent shower and looked like it had just been decorated and fitted out and clean. Hosts were great, very nice, hard working couple. Whole place was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, plenty of everything you could want.
Breakfast was a little bit too early for us, 8 to 9, would rather it had been 8 to 10, then we could have had a bit more of a lie in, we were on holiday after all. But appreciate they have a lot to do for the rest of the day with all the rooms they have to tidy and clean.

There was a good selection at breakfast.
Execellent location, just a 10 minute walk in to town, the beach five minutes more.
The bed was a little soft for us but very comfortable.

Groveside was perfect in every way. The Hosts, Sarah and Andy were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely room at the top of the house with wonderful views of Salcombe Hill.
The food was great cooked by Sarah and served by Andy. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy.
A very convenient location with only a 10 minute walk into Sidmouth plus being on a bus route.
