The property ALLA PIAZZETTAl (subdivided in 2 holiday apartments RAFFAELLO and GRAZIELLA), lies in the hamlet of Palmata, a picturesque landscape - hills are covered with olive groves, wine yards and dense woods.
The land of the property is set in terraces, overlooking the house, the swimming pool is located on one, and half set in earth 7.5 x 3.5m, depth: 1.30m. The swimming pool is at the exclusive use of both holiday apartments. The house is ideal for 2 families travelling together.

Both holiday apartments dispose of a private outdoor area, equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque for your dining al fresco.
Alla Piazzetta has a garden in common use of both apartments which has a swimming pool, shower, deckchairs and sun umbrellas.
Ideal spot for families who travel together and could rent the whole property enjoying privacy and a private swimming pool in this case.

There are many little lakes and rivers to be discovered by anglers-nature freaks may have a stroll, go by bike or make a trekking tour. The art towns of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence or Siena are within an easy reach as also the sea with its lovely sandy beaches!
The apartment Raffaello is attached on one side to a house which is not inhabited and on the other side to the holiday apartment Graziella.
Independent entrance: Outdoor area on the front of the apartment equipped with table, chairs, barbeque and sun-umbrella. Entrance on the ground floor: living-cum-dining, fire-place, SAT-TV, little couch, kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee brewer, toaster, stairs to the 1st floor: wardrobe with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with TV, air-conditioning, wardrobe, 1 twin bedroom with sliding door, TV, safe.
The furnishings are tasteful, parquet tiled floors in the bedrooms, terracotta on the ground floor. All windows have mosquito nets. Internet WiFi max 3 GB/week Included.Parking within the property.
