Comfortable - for single occupancy very roomy and well appointed.
Confused between the name of the hotel when booking on line and the new name on the hotel.

Loved the location, service and the accommodation. The staff members were extremely accommodating to our needs and always had a smile. The managers’ Mukesh, Kanti and Prabhakar were extremely accommodating, friendly and very helpful / supportive. Chef Deepak made some delicious spicy vegetarian omelette - again extremely accommodating to my dietary needs. Even the cleaning crew were very efficient!
The only thing that we missed at the breakfast was ‘marmalade’.
It was just a couple of weeks since they had opened. I’m sure there are improvements and efficiencies that would be implemented as time goes on.

Fresh decor, nice staff, great location
We paid well over £200 per night yet they were in the process of renovation. Drilling and hammering particularly disturbed us up to 10pm on Sunday night. And hammering continued for a couple of hours after we complained (though drilling stopped). We had a 4.45 am start on Monday so our plans for an early night were damaged. Given ongoing construction, the hotel should have reduced prices by at least 50% or offered compensation. This behaviour is typical of “hospitality” industry. Once you have paid they don’t care.
