Everything specially AC was cooler than any other hotel I have had within Switzerland. Also there were clothing washing service included and other snacks.

Our stay at Swiss Luxury Apartments was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The location could not have been better — perfectly situated near the lake and a beautiful park, while still offering easy access to Geneva’s city centre and all the main attractions. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail had clearly been considered to make guests feel at home while enjoying a truly luxurious experience. From the high-end amenities to the little hidden surprises throughout the apartment, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the staff. They were warm, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore in Geneva were fantastic and really helped us make the most of our visit. If you are looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay in Geneva, Swiss Luxury Apartments is simply outstanding. We would return without hesitation.

Everything was perfect, from the service to the really big room. The amenities were amazing, including a kitchenette, on the house snacks, Swiss chocolates, jewellery cleaner, face steamer, instant selfie printer, foot massager, and daily laundry service on the house! We have traveled a lot but this type of service in Europe was beyond surprising and refreshing! The staff was warm and they would be available any time of the day for our help.

Very comfortable bed, great location.

Housekeeping is terrible. They don’t replenish supplies unless I asked for, even though when I asked for it still take a while. Laundry supposedly take 24 hours, but it could take 48 hours. Lots of chic gadgets but half of them don’t work. Tub water stopper cannot be released, till engineer fix it. Shower door was not sealed, so water flooded the floor. Stovetop does not work, till engineer fix it. Kitchen supply make no sense, has bread knife but no cutting board, no kitchen towel or paper towels. Construction on next building starts early morning, very noisy.
