Great location. Very close to central station. Great coffee/cafes locally. Easy walk across lake/river to museum, cathedral etc.

Location is fantastic. Room have two full bathrooms, that was unusual that said useful. Clean and nice place.
I booked on booking.com for 6 people, and was given the booking selection of 2 rooms, stating a queen bed and a sofa bed in each room. It turns out they have no sofa beds and only have a small sofa (love seat type) in the rooms. The staff tried multiple times to force me to pay for adding extra beds (only later when I got the room I found that reason is that they actually do not have sofa beds). I refused to pay any extra hidden fees, which made the receptionist kind of angry. In the end, I had to call booking.com to help rectify the issue. Took a while to get them on the line, but Booking.com immediately called the manager (sitting in the sister property across the street) and told her that my booking is for 6 people in two rooms at the agreed price and if they do not have a sofa bed in the rooms as was marked on the reservation, the cost is on them not me.
The more detailed account is more unpleasant until the matter was resolved. Basically, some of the staff can be rude and emotional and does not stay focused on the business transaction, while others let things slide and ignore issues. Luckly I was able to communicate with the manager and with the help of bookings.com the matter was resolved. Total 2.5 hours were wasted on this, which is a lot.
Apart from that the hotel was ok.
