Villa1 has 4 bedrooms for 8 persons laid out on 2 floors. Upstairs you find a spacious living room with a comfortable couch garnish and a cosy fireplace.
Every floor has a WC.On the ground floor additionally with a bathtub and in the lower floor with a walk in shower.
All rooms are fitted with air-condition of the new generation. A flatscreen TV and a satellite with more than 600 international programmes and an integrated netflixaccess as well as a playstation provide best entertainment for the visitors.
You have access to free WIFI
Furthermore the villa offers in total from 3 balconies a unique view on the aegean seas but also on the highest mountain of Kos (Dikeos,Zia).
A big pool with generous laying and sitting possibilities and the access to the 4000 sim. big garden including a volleyballfield invite to outdoor activities.
Tigaki Village is located very favorable between the centre of Kos town and the airport and you can reach it easily with public transportation (Bus,Taxi etc).
The area around the Villa is very calm and quiet.
You can reach plenty of bars, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants by feet which are located in Tigaki and Zipari.
The beach is located 700m from the Villa and you can also reach it by feet.

The villa is fantastic, spacious and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Despite our flight being delayed by a couple of hours, Nikos the property manager was there to greet us and show us around at half past midnight. He provided us with lots of useful information throughout our stay, and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. The surrounding area and village of Tigaki is lovely, with many great bars and restaurants, and a fabulous beach, although I would recommend hiring a car to get around. There is a large surpermarket a few hundred metres from the villa that has everything you could need for your stay and is reasonably priced. All in all we had a fantastic holiday, and would highly recommend this villa.

What a great Villa. A fantastic location close to everything, beach, bars and restaurants. A stunning view from the balcony across the sea to Turkey and we enjoyed seeing the man tending to his vines behind the Villa. It's very peaceful and quiet and the pool was great lovely and clean and our grandchildren loved it. The facilities were good and there was lots of space in the Villa. Thanks to Alain and Nikos for their help especially Nikos who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Anything you wanted to know he responded almost immediately. He also recommended some lovely restaurants for us, especially two in the mountain village of Zia, they had stunning views and beautiful sunsets. Thank you we had a lovely holiday.

We have stayed in luxury villas all over Greece and this is up there with the very best. A fantastic location close to everything you could need or want, a brilliant view over the southern Aegean towards Turkey (and the telescope for viewing the stars and planets was a great touch), super facilities and a lovely clean pool. I have never stayed in the same villa twice but this could be the one that draws me back. Thanks to Alain and Nikos for for their help and clear communication too. Excellent.
