The apartment is close to activities suitable for families hiking, mountain biking, downhill skiing and walking on foot or snowshoes, paragliding, 15 minutes from golf Evian les Bains and Evian thermal baths and the beaches of Lake Geneva or the swimming pool.
I rent a beautiful luxury apartment T3 Savoyard style, located in a cottage, with 3 balconies of 12m2 overlooking Lake Geneva and the nearby mountain.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower and toilet). It is very pleasant and comfortable.
You can also use a private storage room to put your ski's, suitcases, etc .
It is equipped with all the comforts; TV, Nespresso, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, raclette ....
WIFI available free of charge. Free outdoor parking in front of the building.
Possibility to rent household linen (sheets, towels...) for the duration of the stay, at the price of 10€ per person.

Appartement très propre et très agréable dans les hauteurs d’Evian ( Thollon les Mémises) ce qui permet d’avoir un peu de fraîcheur en cette forte période de chaleur.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, on s’est régalés !!

L'appartement est très propre et bien organisé (même des ampoules, des fusibles et des allumettes en rab en cas où).
Seul petit bémol (histoire de chipoter) l'accès à la wifi n'est pas clairement indiqué (peut-être un post-it sur la box pourrait être utile).
