Ideal for one or two families, the Terrier d'Icare will seduce you, summer and winter, with its exceptional view and its location (snow garden, day-care center and children's / teenagers' clubs at 50 meters, ski lifts within 400 meters, near swimming pool, cinemas, bowling, mountain biking trails, all shops, ...).
This chalet, open onto a wooden terrace (garden table, deckchairs, barbecue) and wooded area of 500 m2, includes:
- On the ground floor: a large entrance hall with games room, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds + pull-out bed, a bathroom with WC, a small utility room.
- Upstairs: an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and small living room (with fireplace / insert), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds + pull-out bed, a bathroom with WC, a full exposed balcony South
On the side of the chalet, a small shed allows you to store skis; sleds and mountain biking

Located on the edge of the magnificent Ecrins National Park, near the Champsaur and Valgaudemar valleys, the Orcières Merlette resort offers maximum sunshine, summer and winter, at an altitude of over 1,850 meters! In winter, you are on the ski slopes in 10 minutes on foot! The offer is suitable for young and old: day-care center (from 3 months), snow garden and 'snow bag' outside school holidays at the foot of the chalet, ski lessons and ski lifts within 300 meters , Grande Ourse complex, 10 minutes on foot (water park, skating rink, bowling alley, cinemas). Without forgetting the many possibilities for tobogganing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and even dog sledding!
In summer, the marmots are never far away and there are many activities from the chalet or just a few kilometers away: short walks and long hikes, downhill mountain biking (part of the ski lifts remains open in summer), swimming in the basins from the nearby river, fishing, paragliding, rafting, discovery of the various activities offered on the leisure center of Orcières (karting, canoeing, tree-climbing, ...). Without forgetting, at the foot of the chalet, the daycare center (from 3 months) and the children's and teenagers' clubs which offer many activities in July / August.
