The room was clean and up-to-date. The bed was very comfortable. Facilities overall is an excellent shape. The staff was fantastic and breakfast was good.

The check-
in process is done before I reach the place. It's very efficient. The room is of the right size, it's very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good too.

Great location and breakfast on offer.
Room smelt of sewage and had no ventilation also had a window directly to dining area which was full of loud Americans most mornings not exactly a relaxing wake up call. Asked about if an iron would possibly be on offer before arriving and was told that a laundry service was available and could get things ironed if needed - on arrival was told they had no iron and that was that, one member of staff was not very helpful or particularly friendly.
