About this villa rental
Splendid villa on 2 floors with an adjoining large terrace of about 25 square meters. with table and deckchair (as shown in the photo) with a wonderful sea view. The house is surrounded by a large and enchanting garden (see photos and read reviews) with olive, lemon and fruit trees. There is also a barbecue outside with wood available. It is ideal for those who want peace, silence, relaxation, total privacy. The distance from the beach, shops and restaurants is about 400 meters. The villa has a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (see photo). There are 2 separate bathrooms with shower. It is provided: bed linen and towels, air conditioning in each room, washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, gas cooker, toaster, microwave, water boiler and coffee machines.
Important!! The rental price includes the free availability of internet line + Wi-Fi. Furthermore, considering that in Monterosso there is the impossibility of parking except for a fee (about 100 Euros per week!), a free parking space are available. Important: 1) no deposit / bailment is required for any damage because you must have respect not only for people but also for things! 2) I kind ask, at the time of booking, to avoid possibly leaving fractions of 3-4 days vacant between one period and another. 3) please note that a tourist tax is only due for the first 3 days of your stay. It amounts to € 3 per person to be paid in cash upon your arrival, for wich will be issued a receipt. Guests under the age of 12 are exempt. 4) It is suggested not to drink the water at home, even if it is usable for anything else. Bottles of mineral water as well as a few bottles of wine and various drinks will be made available. This will be my welcome. Thank you so much.

What an absolute joy to stay in the home of such an amazing host. Luigi put his heart & soul into building this cozy, comfortable home with a lovely patio, garden, & views from most rooms. This is not a cold, sterile rental, this feels like being a guest in a dear friend’s home. Close to all that Monterosso has to offer, but far enough up the hill to be a place of peace, privacy & refuge. We will forever cherish our stay here and our wonderful host .

The property is as advertised; a rustic villa overlooking Monterosso al Mare. Beautiful garden setting to which we could escape from the day time crowds, yet only a short walk into town for morning and evening adventures. The hosts were charming and very accommodating. This was a relaxing stop in the midst of a long 4 city tour of Italy, so we could recharge our

We had such a fabulous stay this amazing villa! We enjoyed relaxing on the patio surrounded by the beautiful gardens and overlooking the sea. The villa felt like a secluded and relaxing retreat. We enjoyed walking up and down the trail along the stream to go to and from the beach. Retreating back to the villa at the end of the day was so comfortable. The inside of the house was clean, comfortable and decorated with charming personal touches. The kitchen was very well outfitted. We made coffee in the mornings and a couple of pasta meals that we enjoyed on the patio. Our host Luigi was very friendly and accomodating and made sure we new everthing we need to know about the villa. Our entire stay was absolutely lovely and we are so looking forward to returning to this lovely villa as soon as I can!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luigi's home in Monterosso.From the outset we were made to feel very welcome by Luigi and Emily. They were friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of useful information.The setting was perfect: near enough to enjoy the lively atmosphere and beaches of Monterosso without needing a car, and yet so peaceful and secluded up in the hills, with magnificent views!We hope to be able to return one day as there is still so much to see and do.Thank you, so much for making us feel so "at home".Grazie per tutto!Michelle, Steve and friends.
