Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, oberhalb des Schmelzteichs und bietet einige Parkplätze. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück ist gut und bietet Alternativen. Eier werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist recht freundlich.
Wie vieles in Sachsa ist auch dieses Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer versprühen den Charme der Nostalgie.
