Location within easy walk of centre. Comfortable room; generally excellent breakfast (including freshly squeezed orange juice and local products). Great value. Easy street parking (with no charge after 5pm)
Only tiny quibble, the breakfast cappuccino was so sweet and bland (no coffee taste discernible to us) it was almost like hot choc.

Our room didn't look like the standard double room shown in the picture. So a bit disappointed with that... And mostly it looks like this hotel needs a bit of refurbishment work to justify the price.
