Stunning building, beautifully kept and restored. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very well appointed including with kitchenettes. The decor is stylish and the locks and doors seem very secure, there is also secure parking behind electric gates and electric car chargers.
Although the location was walking distance of town it was noisier than expected due to being opposite the Carrefour and its large jet wash station.

The room was fine. The owner was attentive. The breakfast was very good. The facilities were good. The parking was good. The location was handy both for the city centre and the supermarket over the road.
There were six printed warning notices about behaviour around the room with three of them carrying a fine if the rule was not obeyed - make no noise between 22.00 and 09.00; make no marks on the furniture and you must leave by 10.00 on the day of your departure. There was even a notice by the front door warning that the sanitiser must not be taken. That part of the notice written in English said that you should not "bring" the sanitiser when it meant to say, "take". Paying £310 for two nights and you're warned not to steal the sanitiser - really. Everything in the room was white and we were on edge in case we made any marks. The bed used sheets and blankets instead of a duvet which led to an all night tangle with the blanket slipping off. Staying two nights, we used the kettle and hairdryer which we found all wound up and secreted away. Returning to the room for the second night, we found the kettle and dryer had been wound up and stored away again back in a very high shelf - strange.
