Belfiore Park Hotel 4Stars Superior "Adults Only"

The balcony view and location were perfect, a dream come true! The facilities were wonderful, including the salt water pool. The food, particularly the breakfast, was delicious.

Nothing to complain about

The property was exceptional at every level.

We could only stay two nights with our plans.

Friendly staff, but it felt like many of the team might be on their first hospitality roles or doing a stage? Some things were quite amateur. We were given a surprise trip on a sail boat, which was a bit random, but a generous extra.

I rarely write a negative review, but as we booked based solely on the good reviews, we felt it was worth honest feedback. We were surprised by the quality of breakfast and the cocktails. We had expected it to be much much better from the reviews, price and the general impression that the hotel cared about food and drink, especially with a Michelin star restaurant and clearly a well stocked bar and cellar on site. These were completely at odds with the breakfast, where ingredients were really of poor quality. It would have been much better to have far less, but of better quality. Even though we were given a free upgrade, also have to say that our room was in dire need of a refurbishment and new beds and pillows - these very uncomfortable. If we had not paid in advance, we would have considered moving somewhere else. It’s a lovely spot location wise, but the quality of the rooms and food and drink needs some attention to justify the price.
