The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated, and located in the centre of Eindhoven close to shops and restaurants. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
The only issue was that we booked a twin room but were told at reception that only a double was available. As two friends, we didn't want to share a bed so complained and they eventually upgraded us to a different twin room.
It also took almost half an hour to check in because they seemed to be short staffed at reception.

clean and comfortable, sauna facilities opened until 11pm which is convenient, pleasant staff and spacious rooms.

First of all the room is so spacious and I love it. The Internet is good too unlike some branded hotel.
However the design is quite ... interesting. They have good floor and wall furniture etc but the roof (top) was very raw.

Unexpected stairs to the room, broken elevator (people was inside and nobody interested to help them).
