Despite excellent location close to central station and city centre, the condition of the hotel especially the room is run down and lack of amenities. At most this is just a 3 star hotel. Staff services so-so. Breakfast is mediocre.

The location is perfect as it only walking distance to centrum to access the shop, restaurant and EIndhoven Central (for bus or train). Room is clean, shower with warm water, staff was friendly. Will coming back here again next time.

Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of city. However no parking space nor complementary parking provided. Big inconvenience to car rental travellers like me. Room was average, dated, needed to repair the toilet door during my stay. No view from room. Need to request for toiletties and housekeeping. Staffs were nice and bed was big and comfortable.
