Location was great, we got up had breakfast at 7am then walked up to the castle for photos from and above the bridge. We were the only people there and it was great .

Everything is perfect. The location is excellent. The staff called me earlier and offered a more comfortable room knowing that I was traveling with my kids. The hotel decoration is what I would expect for this place. Restaurant food is super tasty and even the kids portions are very generous! An amazing experience

The location was the only reason we chose the hotel.
It is an old hotel. The furniture and facilities need to be updated to the present day.
It is not very clean. The pillows are not comfortable.
The breakfast should be more varied and have more choices.
The staff is not so friendly and accommodating.
