Our stay at Helmerhof was lovely. We could not beat the price for the wonderful suite with two rooms, large bathroom, living room and kitchen. Plus we had our own parking space right next to the building. We wished we could've stayed more then 1 night. It is great location to drive to castles and downtown Fussen. Biking would've also been possible. Rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful. It felt like home. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this area.

10 ++++ / AAA+++ stay. Great smooth quick check in, very nice young lady. Parking directly across the street. Great hot water and heat. Very clean and modern room. Wonderful breakfast. Great location if you have a car, Great views near property. Nice terrace.

Breakfast and evening meals were all to a high standard with plenty of variety. Let the staff know in advance and they will get what you want. Room was just right, kettle, ironing board and iron provided at request.
No complaints. Everything we wanted we were able to find or use and all to a good standard.

Close to the castles, we actually walked the mile from the castle back to hotel, bus stop was close to get into Fussen. We rented the suite which was 2 bedroom and very spacious. Staff was wonderful, restaurant was fabulous. Quite and not in town of Fussen. We would definitely come again
WiFi was slow unless you paid for it. Would be nice to have that upgrade.
