I loved everything about the hotel! I was looking for accommodation that felt authentically French - I didn't want an anonymous box in a corporate hotel. Hotel Azur was perfect! The reception areas are beautiful, the breakfast area and garden are liovey areas for breakfast. Breakfast was also excellent- meats, Cheeses, bread, pastries, cereals and fruit. And all the staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend it. Some rooms are small but the character of the place more than makes up for this! Location is all excellent - close to restaurants, La Canabiere , metro, buses and trams. Perfectly wonderful! ❣️❣️❣️

The staff were very pleasant, and it was a good base to explore Marseille.
If you have a mobility problem don't stay here, it has no elevator and 5 floors. The location of the hotel is not great, and the location of our room on the ground floor meant it was very noisy and the plumbing was extremely noisy. In addition the hot tap gave you cold water and the cold water gave you hot, the shower head had fallen of the wall and the fixing had not been replaced, so having a shower was a challenge.
