Actually this place exceeded my expectations totally. It is a budget hotel and it's cheap, true. But I arrived early, there was no problem with entering the room much ahead of the time, the staff is super friendly, they offered a free of charge upgrade of my room. The room was clean and quiet (it's not true that you hear trains from the nearby Lyon Part-Dieu stations, if you close the window you barely hear it). So all in all I think that was a great choice. And it's super cheap too.
I am assuming there is a hairdryer at the reception and all you need to do is ask for it. But it's somehow a bit annoying. It would be great if each room had its own hairdryer.

Looked after bags for the day after we checked out.
Shower screen track was in need of a good clean. Otherwise cleanliness was very good.

Location and cost. Very convenient for Part-Dieu, close to Westfield Mall, on a lot of transport routes.
Not well cleaned at all and room was very cramped.
