Room and bathroom was spacious, good breakfast selection, was quiet, was a 15min walk from the Congress Centre.

the place is spotless, and had 24/7 reception, we got there in the middle of the night and everything was prepared well in advance. They send notifications to keep us up to date, really loved that: like when the room/apartment was ready and to remind us how we can get there. They go above and beyond, really appreciate it.
the parking has very narrow spots ( like many in France) so you have to drive carefully, this is really minor
