During our second night of stay, there were attempts by someone to break into our appartment. We could hear the sound of someone trying to come in through the door by using the key. I suspect it could be an internal job as the 1st level access to the place is only via a key. And there was a sign indicating that the premise was monitored by cctv. So how could anyone just walk through up to our appartment? We did not pursue the issue as we were leaving for Paris the next morning.

Positive: Great location, clearly an effort has been made to make it modern and it appears clean. Well equipped kitchen. Good TV and internet
Negative: Noisy, small bed (up to 1.80m OK), see-through curtains
Improvements to be made: Check dishes, they were not washed properly. Better fix door handle, it came lose. Also fix some items in the bathroom, they are lose on the wall. Check supply of coffee, tea, and sugar. All were empty.
