Stay at this hotel often and cant promote the staff enough and this weekend was no different particularly in the bar and waiting staff. I was disappointed that the hotel did not put me on the 2nd floor as requested but realise this is not guaranteed. I was more than disappointed that when asking for two glasses of champagne to my room on the 4th floor, this was disallowed as I had not left credit card on arrival and nor was the member at reception prepared to arrange card machine payment on delivery. I do NOT do lifts and the thought of balancing 2 drinks up four flights was not an enjoyable one !!!!!!

Firstly you are charged £15 a night for parking unless you book direct with hotel! The price was expensive without breakfast and use of the facilities included. Apart from 'The Springs' shopping outlet ( we are not shoppers)you need transport to wherever. However, the hotel is lovely and most of the staff helpful and friendly. Also we were on the 3rd floor, and in our room, beside the bed was a step down to another level to the seating area which we found an accident waiting to happen. We had to pull the coffee table over to timind us it was there! Breakfast was plentiful and nice.
