About this house rental
We welcome you to our gorgeous 4 bed 4 bath single story house! The house sleeps 15 comfortably, and has a spectacular mountain view!
We are conveniently located between Los Angeles and Orange County, just minutes away from Downtown LA, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and other tourist destinations.
Enjoy calm nights on the comfy furniture at the lighted patio overlooking the spectacular mountain view and city lights.
The SPACE
Enjoy our cozy home with 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. This Listing consists of 2 units:
- Main House: has 3 bed / 3 baths
- Guest House: 1 bed/1 bath
Please be informed of the sleeping arrangement. This house can comfortably sleep 10 in the 4 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 king beds and 1 convertible full size sofa bed. If you have more than 10 people, the rest of your group can choose to sleep on either a couch (we have two 3 seater couch), 2 futon (1 single and 1 full size) or on an air mattress (single).
Although our Listing allows for events, there is an additional fee. Please inquire with the host.

Booked with the host Valerie and talked to her for about a week and a half arranging my booking. She gave us a code for check-in and allowed us to do early check-in and check-out for a fee of $25 per hour. The house and backyard was overall very nice and I liked the fact that it had string lights in the backyard that were solar powered so they turned on right when it got dark. I rented for a birthday party and we had to pay an event fee/fee to bring extra guests but I didn’t mind. The house was also very clean but it is a bit of a confusing layout, nothing too bad though.

Our hosts were amazing and gracious. Check in and check out process was smooth.
Tour of the home when checking in, and ability to contact them whenever; whether it be via text or call.
Any and all questions answered.
Home itself was so beautiful and we felt secure and taken care of throughout our stay. Plenty of amenities, and nearby food and stores to bring groceries or whatever you need back home. Notices and reminders through out the house.
Stayed with 4 of my best girlfriends, and our significant others accompanied us. Plenty of space if you’re doing a big family trip as well!
Would recommend staying at this home and would come back here if I ever needed a home away from home!

Well equipped and clean, but odd house room layout, and not a cozy environment. After booking one of her houses, the host told me it was no longer available and then offered this house up, which was frustrating and odd because it was priced higher and not but we had originally chosen. We felt nickeled and dimed because there was an extra charge depending on the number of people and then if we wanted to check in early there was also a $25 per hour charge. I also didn't like that we had to let them know what time we were arriving because we were arriving in two cars after an event and couldn't estimate timing well. Apparently they wanted to meet us the door. Most places we have booked provide entrance instructions in advance and so there is no need to coordinate.. overall, The interaction seemed entirely transactional.
