Great property, quiet neighborhood, plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Annie was a great host. The house was very comfortable and fit our weekend trip at West Covina

This house worked well for our family vacation with 7 people to the Los Angeles area. It was spacious and clean and as advertised. The house is close to many food options and not too far for getting us to Disneyland and universal studios. Check in was easy and minimal work to be done at checkout. Communication with host was easy and quick responses to any inquiries.

I'd give it 5 stars except microwave was filthy and dishwasher had a terrible smell of mold. Good location, close to all tour needs.

Overall the home is beautiful. Newly renovated. Spacious. It was great! The issues we had were not enough silverware, so bring plastic forks and spoons with you. No No paper towels, we had to use the ones we got from our fast food on the way there.
