The hotel is very convenient for the V&A waterfront area and all the restaurants and bars,
But it really isn't a 4 star property. There was no help with luggage, the room is very basic and very tired.

Really good hotel with great staff. Rooms a tiny bit tired (wallpaper badly scuffed and marked in places) but clean, and with good bathroom. Shower lacks power but works ok. Great decor throughout, good pool and lovely breakfast. Great that parking is available. Walking distance to the Waterfront.
