good location for phantasialand and great to visit the city by foot
wasn’t very clean and the pillows were not that great and too soft and not enough towels for a two night stay

The location is excellent. You can walk to everything. Additionally, access to our room was super easy.
The wifi. There are QR codes to scan, scattered throughout the hallways, our room, and at reception (all with differing information). However, none of the passwords or networks worked. This was incredibly frustrating. When we asked, we were simply pointed to another sign with another code that did not link. Besides wifi, the linens were very scratchy and a bit dingy, making for an extra uncomfortable sleep, given the heat. Another issue, that would have been bigger had it not been so hot, was that the water never managed to get above lukewarm.
