About this house rental
Located at bush-clad Staffa Bay, a quiet and secluded white sand beach at the end of Woolley’s Bay.
This modernised and recently refurbished house is nestled in the bush 100m from the beach with extensive views of the sea and surrounding bush and farm land. Two storeyed with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom upstairs and a double bedroom and triple bedroom downstairs. Offers separate bedroom accommodation and separate bathrooms for two families with shared kitchen and living area. Fully equipped with all modern appliances. Extensive sunny deck which allows superb indoor/outdoor living.
Safe swimming. Surf at Woolley’s Bay or nearby iconic Sandy Bay (5 mins drive). Easy walking through bush reserve to beautiful Whale Bay or the golden white sand of Matapouri Bay.
The Matapouri store is a 20 minute walk through bush for your daily paper or basic supplies.

Game fishing and diving/snorkelling at Poor Knights marine reserve (boat trips from Tutukaka)

We stayed a week at this holiday home. Warren was lovely to deal with, we booked last minute and he kindly accommodated us, he let us arrive early and leave at our leisure which we really appreciated.
The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We loved staying here and will book again.
The recommended walks were also stunning.
