With a charming, comfortable and coastal atmosphere, this two-bedroom holiday home with a sleep-out is just waiting to host a family looking to ditch the work attire, get the sunnies and jandals on, and soak up some Kiwi sunshine.
With great indoor-outdoor flow, there is enough space for everyone to kick back and stretch their legs. Hang out on the sundeck around the outdoor dining table under the sun-shade, or lounge out on a bean bag with a good book.
The externally accessed sleep-out is ideal for the younger members of your group, with plenty of extra space and sleeping up to 4 guests.
Whip up a few tasty holiday meals in the fully equipped kitchen, where a Nespresso machine also waits to ensure you start the day off right. The all-important BBQ is also outside, ready to grill up a classic summer feast!
This place certainly comes alive in summer, but a mid-winter stay is well-catered for as well. With heating options, WiFi, and a TV with Freeview, you and the family will be looked after during those indoor days or cosy nights in.
Be sure to bring the boat, there's plenty of parking space here, and the boat ramp only 4kms away. You'll love being able to get out on the water and bring home your fresh catch.
Being less than a three-minute walk from the beach, you can spend your days heading to and from the white sandy shore for a swim or some beach cricket.

Overall we enjoyed the great location and properties layout.
However the cleaning and maintenance team need to up their game. Perhaps implement some basic check lists.
We arrived to find a lot of flies and ants in the house, noticeably more ants in kitchen area.
The fly spray was empty so of no use, then we discovered that a rubbish bin in the bench marked compost. It was full of rotten food, hence the ants and flies. I put it outside and cleaned the bench including around and under toasted as that area was uncleaned.
The kitchen spray and wipe was also empty as was the BBQ Gas bottle.
I left a note for the cleaners regarding these issues, trusting that they will follow up on our concerns.
