The location of the property was excellent with an easy walk to the beach and trail. The grounds were also nice and very private. The house was quite comfortable.
The house is rather rundown with lots of deferred maintenance. There was mold in the bathroom, big cracks in the tile shower, stained carpets, and broken amenities. It needs repairs and updates. For the price, one would expect better.

Bed was super comfy!! Spacious house. Location was perfect walking distance from the beach. Loved the art work and stain glass decor. Having an outside shower was a major hit with the kids. Quiet and peaceful.
The pans and kitchen knives should be replaced. Teflon in most pans is deteriorating. Knives were damaged. Unable to do laundry. Note on washer said it would not agitate/ spin. Big enough to accommodate at least a couple more guests. Coffee pot leaks easily.
