The location is Noyo Harbor itself, which is perfect. The property is quiet, comfortable, and has great character/atmosphere. Perfect for couples or small families. Walking distance from great food. We loved it. When the lodging is as memorable as the greater destination itself, it's a home run. This was a home run.
There is nothing negative to say about this place.
Only suggestion would be to include a TV in the main bedroom.

Space was very clean. Lighting was good. Location was ok. ADA shower was great!
The ceiling in the loft was extremely low. There was very little counter space (in both bathroom and kitchen). Dining in was difficult.

Close to the dock
Two nights were miserable with loud music and voices clear into midnight. These were two different renters. Needed a gardener around trailers. Take off shoes outside? Why not inside on the muddy paw rug? No closet for clothes. Okay i can understand rules for dogs and pet hair on bedding and couch. Provide sheets or covers for both like in hotels! Went and bought. Identify why you would charge for additional fees. Last thing was it states the price you see on the homes are all you’ll pay. I booked below $650 but was booked over $700 plus I paid $70 for our dog so the additional cost was not it. With it being handy capped the bathroom area was big and made the kitchen and living room small and crowded.
