Elia Villa is the best place for those who would like to discover the local Cretan life.
Located in one of the most beautiful villages of Mylopotamos, Ageliana village, this villa is ideal for all tastes, as it is near the beach of Skaleta(9,5km-15min) and Panormos village (13km- 20min), but also near the inland with nice routes to walk or drive.
Inside the village, you will you will not have to worry about mini markets and cafés and tavernas.
Fully renovated, with a great garden and swimming pool, Elia villa consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The 300 m2 outdoor area of villa Elia offer a private swimming pool (6x3m, 1.50m deep) and a children’s swimming pool (2x1.50, 0.50m deep). The pool area is equipped with patio furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas, and you will not have to worry about pool towels, as they are provided.
In the lovely surroundings there is playground for the younger guests and a table at the verandah, to enjoy your meals and relax. A BBQ with gas is waiting for you to prepare great meals using Cretan delicacies.
Taste the fresh vegetables and the local meat and we are sure you will leave with new tastes from that holiday!
Interior
Elia villa covers 100 m2, built in simple and modern design and fully Air-Conditioned. On the ground floor is one bedroom with double bed, such as one bathroom with bathtub.
The open plan kitchen and living room with the dining table. The kitchen, fully equipped, including microwave and dishwasher will cover your needs. For the colder nights, a fireplace is the warmest companion.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed Television and A/C. The second bedroom on that floor has two single beds, which can be made double upon request, and, of course, A/C. The second bathroom on that floor has also bathtub.

• Housekeeping, linen and towels changed once a week.
• The villa includes washing machine, dishwasher, TV with satellite reception in the living room and television in two of the bedrooms, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, electric kitchen, microwave, kettle, toaster, French coffee maker, espresso coffee machine, iron and iron board and gas BBQ in the garden!
• For the younger guests, a high chair and baby cot are provided upon requests.

Not as quiet or secluded as we were expecting as the owners house was next door, as was the neighbours who overlooked the patio and pool.
Food prep area was small - and we were only two people. But everything we needed was there. More knives and a tea towel would have been useful too.
Landlady was very nice indeed

Brilliant villa, exactly as described on Vrbo. Perfect for the six of us. Pool a welcome relief after some very warm days exploring and plenty of room around it for lazing out of the sun. Lovely owner; Argiro couldn't do enough for us and always happy to help. Great location; the village is small but has two simple tavernas that we would happily recommend, and the local shop had everything you needed. Bigger shops just a couple of km away. Some great places to visit nearby, including beaches around 10k away. All-in-all a great place to book and one I'd go again.

Lovely well equipped Villa. The pool area was an excellent space for relaxing and eating out. A car is essential as there are limited facilities in the local village, and a car is required to get to beaches and to visit other attractions in the area. Our host was excellent, cleaned and changed towels and bedding regularly, unobtrusive helpful and friendly. Drinks and snacks on arrival, food left outside our door regularly and a lovely cooked Moussaka bought down to the Villa one evening. We would have no hesitation in making a return visit. Wonderful holiday.

I had a great holiday, wanted a short relaxing break away and that is exactly what I got. I would have to go back because what I got for my money was fantastic and I have no complaints.
