About this villa rental
THE VILLA
The 170 m² villa consists of 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor level there are 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and balcony. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The private swimming pool is chemical free and has got a shallow area for kids.
LOCATION
The villa is located in a natural and tranquil area, 140m far from the beach and only 1 km far from the village of Kalyves and Almyrida. Its privileged location provides privacy and tranquillity and at the same time quick access to areas where you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants cafes and traditional taverns. Located between the towns of Chania and Rethymnon, it gives our guests the opportunity to visit quite a few places in the wider area such as traditional villages, beaches and historical sites.
BEDROOMS
On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with two single beds and one of them with a double bed. Mattresses and pillows are hypoallergenic. All bedrooms are air conditioned, have their own bathroom with shower, satelite TV, wardrobe and safe. Each one of them has a balcony with table and chairs.
INTERIOR
The villa combines a modern architectural design with natural and classic elements like stone and wood. It consists of two floors connected to each other by an external stairway. The huge glass partition on the first floor offers great panoramic views of the surrounding valley, mountains and ocean.
EXTERIOR
Surrounded by acres of land where fig, olive and lemon trees grow you will find a calm and beautiful environment to relax. The swimming pool is eco and skin-friendly without chlorine or any other chemicals. The sterilisation process is done in a natural way, using just salt. In that way it is always clean, healthy and safe for you and your kids to swim. The option of heating the pool in spring and autumn is available. The shaded and non-shaded living areas around it encourage our guests to spend most of their day outdoors where they can enjoy a refreshing plunge in the pool, relax on the comfy loungers and have BBQ.
SERVICES
Cleaning service is provided once a week. Linen and towels are included.
UPON REQUEST
Heated pool is available for the months of April, May, September and October with an extra cost of 300 euro per week.

What an amazing Villa! Spent a week with family and it was fantastic in every way. The Villa is spotless, spacious and everything you could need. Welcome food and essentials on arrival to order which was complimentary. Great communication from the Vasiliki who attended to our every need. The location is amazing too. Will definitely return.

Great villa, well maintained, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, super air conditioning with everything you need. Fantastic pool again kept spotlessly clean. Walking distance to Kalyves and a short drive 3/4 minutes to Almyrida with a choice of restaurants & supermarkets(a good area for anyone with coeliac disease) All communication with Vasiliki was excellent.We would100% recommend!

Our stay in Kera Green Villa was amazing. A great find. The villa, pool, surroundings, accommodation, and provisions left for us were brilliant in every way. A perfect and quiet retreat. The beach was a moment's walk from the villa, and Almyrida and Kalyves are both within 15 mins walk away. Most of all, our host was second to none. We felt welcomed, looked after, and very well catered for. Thank you!!

The villa was in top condition. Both outside and inside including the pool area were well maintained. The description on the website and the reality match very well, even that the reality was better. Service and communication with the host was top class. Everyone in our party was impressed and satisfied. We want to come back
