The accommodation is located in Vannes, Brittany, France.
In the historic center, the medieval district of Saint-Patern, pleasant and very lively during the day, with its church, its craftsmen, its small shops, bars, pubs and restaurants for all tastes and all budgets, is the oldest district of Vannes (Roman era).
There is a real village atmosphere here, at the foot of the intramuros, the starting point for all visits! 10 min walk from the port of Vannes.
- The choice in terms of bars, on-site catering or take-out, is bloated in Saint-Patern.
- Bakery down the street.
- A stone's throw away: Casino supermarket open every day until 8 p.m. non stop + on Sundays (closed on Wednesdays).
- Rue du Méné 2 minutes away for shopping (Monoprix, fashion boutiques, etc.)
- Large market in Vannes on Wednesday and Saturday morning.
- Fresh and regional products every morning at the Place des Lices halls.
You can absolutely do everything on foot, you are there!
Advice on some good addresses on your arrival if you wish.

Equipped kitchen with brunch corner open to the living room.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Room on the garden and courtyard side overlooking a loggia with toilet and sink.

Wenn man die knarrende Treppenstufen hinaufsteigt, ahnt man schlimmes. Öffnet man die Tür, betritt man eine top moderne Wohnung mit toller Küche. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

l'appartement est bien conçu, bien équipé et est propre. Les instructions données par le propriétaires sont très clairs pour la récupération des clés ainsi que pour le fonctionnement intérieur. Le seul bémol est qu'il ne répond pas au message laissé (concernant un bruit qui se déclenche de temps à autre) alors que le premier contact avant la location était très bon.
