The apartment, with a surface area of 63 m², is recent and located on the ground floor of a very quiet building. It has a private garden of 150 m² with terrace, in a quiet area, overlooking a wooded park of 2,500 m², which offers a particularly pleasant and green setting.
The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, where you can cook or eat comfortably for 4 people. It is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and Instant Pot pressure cooker.
The kitchen opens onto a bright living space, with a table where you can have lunch, dinner or work, as well as a comfortable reading corner. This room, thanks to its large bay windows, opens directly onto the garden and the terrace, providing lots of light and a beautiful view of the greenery.
To the side is a small living room with television, sofa, library and some board games. A pocket door allows you to isolate this space and transform it into a second bedroom, the sofa transforming into a comfortable 140 x 200 cm bed, which creates an additional sleeping area with more privacy.
A corridor separates this living space from a large independent bedroom, equipped with a very comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed, which also overlooks the garden.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washer-dryer and a robot vacuum cleaner. The toilets are separate, which provides additional comfort during the stay.
