The kitchen opens onto a bright living space, with a table where you can have lunch, dinner or work, as well as a comfortable reading corner. This room, thanks to its large bay windows, opens directly onto the garden and the terrace, providing lots of light and a beautiful view of the greenery.

To the side is a small living room with television, sofa, library and some board games. A pocket door allows you to isolate this space and transform it into a second bedroom, the sofa transforming into a comfortable 140 x 200 cm bed, which creates an additional sleeping area with more privacy.

A corridor separates this living space from a large independent bedroom, equipped with a very comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed, which also overlooks the garden.
