Situated right next to the buzzing Ponte Vecchio, this renovated 1100 sq ft / 101 sq m apartment on the top floor of a Renaissance building will charm you with its exclusive location. Luxurious furniture, Carrara marble and the omnipresent sunlight add to the beauty of this quiet and light apartment. Two exclusive terraces offer relaxation and spectacular views over Florence
Location - location - location! The terraces offer spectacular views of Florence and all its sites (Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Piazza Michelangelo), offering an additional 860 sq ft / 80 sq m of living space.
Tasteful and inviting furniture that makes you feel right at home. The apartment has two bedrooms and a comfortable pullout couch in the living room to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Two private marble bathrooms with showers connect to the bedrooms. The third bathroom is accessible from the living room. The open marble kitchen offers utmost independence and beautifully blends into the living space. Large windows allow for amble light and an incomparable setting.
The elevator takes you up to the 6th floor and there's one flight of stairs to reach the 7th floor. Surrounded by luxury boutique hotels, plenty of bars and restaurants are a stone throw away. Parking (Lungarno Garage) is located on the opposite side of Ponte Vechio, about a 5 min walk away. There's a large supermarket right on the other side of Ponte Vecchio.

It feels great to exit this quiet oasis and be immediately emerged in the feel and buzz of historic Florence. Ponte Vecchio is right there and it's up to you if you wish to linger in the quiet and more authentic little streets with its local stores, bars and restaurants, or if you would like to join other visitors on the main streets to see the Duomo, the Piazza Signoria and the Uffizi - all within 5 minutes walking distance. Or you cross Ponte Vecchio and get lost in the Santo Spirito area, where locals like to shop and dine. In all cases, you are a stone throw away from all important masterpieces.
In Florence you will get around by foot, although you may always ask the concierge of one of the three luxury boutique hotels right next to the apartment to call a taxi.

Please note that for a stay of two weeks or more we require a weekly mid cleaning that includes a change of all linen and towels. Each extra cleaning is an extra charge of Euro 150 payable upon arrival. The date and time will be coordinated with you according to your convenience.

The apartment is sunny and beautiful, full of amenities such as heated towel racks and kitchen appliances and centrally located for a quick walk to most places. The hosts were lovely and helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They also left a binder of helpful information including restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated. It was a true 10/10 on all fronts.
