Location. Breakfast, architecture, decor, bathroom & staff.
My room had a steps from hall to sleeping area which, not being familiar with location of light-switches, could be dangerous in the dark.

Limited lighting options in room, either too bright or too dim. Broken coffee maker was not replaced. Available facilities not outlined during check-in.

Lovely building in a great position
Stayed for three nights. Every afternoon we couldn’t get into our rooms as the key cards wouldn’t work so we had to go back to reception each time. On the first night the coffee/ tea wasn’t renewed. On the second night we came back from a day of cycling at 330pm to rooms that hadn’t been
cleaned and again the coffee /
water etc hadn’t been replaced. When we arrived we were also told that both the cocktail bar and the restaurant were closed. We didn’t know this when we booked
