The place is attractive and has all you need for a great stay. It is well-decorated, well-resourced and maintained with a comfortable and practical layout. It was very close to the beach and a short walk to the centre and came with a parking space, which is a blessing in Brighton. Lots of convenient shops and eateries.
Although it had a parking space, it was hard to maneuver into and out of, and meant parking directly in front of the door, which was a little awkward. Not a deal-breaker, but an advanced warning of this (and the damages deposit/waiver fee) would have been nice.

Great location with restaurants, bars and food shops very close by. It’s a wonderful house, lots of space in the communal areas and great sized bedrooms. Very quiet location with everything we needed for a great weekend in Brighton.

Beautiful property in a lovely little court yard , very nicely styled, comfy and spacious, it’s in great condition, very clean and well equipped for a family stay. Excellent location for the beach and pier and is just up from the busy hub of Kemptown providing a short walk to coffee shops/pubs and shops but it’s nice and quiet where it’s situated. Really good communication throughout from Michelle. We liked it so much we’ve actually booked to visit again already 😀

Property was quiet and close to places of interest. Parking was important as there is no where to park in Brighton.
Shower was poor and the shower curtain smelt bad. Third bedroom was in the garage with no windows.
