The location of the apartment and the quiet neighborhood were just perfect for a relaxing stay for my daughter and I. The apartment was very comfortable with all the facilities we needed for our stay. Shops are 10 minutes and both have a good selection of food and groceries to help with your stay. We were met by Mickael who was very friendly and courteous, he gave us a quick tour and explained what we had available. While he cleaned we went to the shop and by the time we returned Mickael was done and we could start to relax

Very cosy and well equipped. Great view over the canal. Lots of extras to make accommodation feel homely. Tram 2 minute walk but we generally walked everywhere as so easy.
Front door bell (very loud) went off 2am one morning but that was hopefully a one off.

The view from the balcony was wonderful. To open the curtains and see the autumn leaves over the canal was lovely. A nice big kitchen to cook in was also great in addition to a strong shower and really hot water. Apartment was lovely and warm. Carlos was lovely and greeted us kindly and warmly.
The entrance to the building, stairs, apartment was so dirty. Looked as though it had not been vacuumed ever. The apartment was beautifully clean but made first impressions and entering/exiting the apartment feel dirty. The internet was patchy and for people who work whilst they travel it made work difficult. The upstairs unit was terribly noisy, sounded like a running marathon in the early a.m. This was every night. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything and everyone. People in the building did not seem respectful of others late at night.
